Very true, although in Sekhmet’s case it’s more a matter of “I decide what to do with my life” without really worrying about others… Not even the woman she’s in love with😦

Yep, there’s that risk, for sure. Hard to trust a partner like this. She’s going from a passive-aggressive companion to a stubborn and selfish one… I don’t really envy her.

Yes, sometimes trying to be noble ends up being (unintentionally) selfish.

Now THAT is selfish and headstrong (it’s one thing to be strong & independent; but it’s quite another thing to not even worry about the one you love).
