The main (and most controversial) character of the comic, Alexandra hates authority in any way, shape or form. She is extremely intelligent, but emotionally challenged. Although mostly oblivious to others, she is very angered by violence against the defenseless.

Formerly a high school student and a very good inventor (her room is filled with electronic and computer parts), she is currently in prison for allegedly killing a schoolmate and attacking two more people.
Bio
Born in Waset, Kemet-Ra's capital, she was outed as an AIMS at birth. Raised by Gordon Armstrong and Linda Dawson as their only child, the whereabouts of her mother are currently unknown. Concerned about her strength and fearing she would turn out violent for no other reason than being an AIMS, her family taught her to avoid touching people since she was very little. As a result, Alex developed a strong need for physical contact, but repressed it. Gordon and Linda themselves struggled with holding her and showing her affection, especially after she began disintegrating steel objects at the age of 2.

Her extreme religious upbringing is mostly suffocating to her, although her parents are surprisingly open toward her sexuality. Unsatisfied with the friends and the potential girlfriends she was forced on to by her parents, her odd relationship with Alex gave her the final push to rebel - although that didn't go very far.

Born in a small village in Southern Kemet-Ra, Jones was raised in a very materialistic family who mocked his spiritual needs and beliefs since a very young age. A brilliant student and orator, he convinced the Sacred Eye's local monastery to join a year earlier than allowed by talking the Chief Seer's (the monastery's leader) head off. He soon declared to the entire monastery that his mission was working with children and troubled youth and, much to the relief of his co-seers, became a priest and a youth counselor. The very first step on his way to becoming the Pupil!

Very religious, he wishes The Gaze (the most important book in Seerism, the religion of the Sacred Eye) was taught in school and, in alignment with the Sacred Eye's teaching, he is a die-hard speciesist. Being vertically challenged, he has an inferiority complex toward tall people.

A closeted gay kid, he was adopted in his early childhood by a Waset family from an orphanage run by the Sacred Eye in New Nubia. His very religious and homophobic adoptive parents sent him regularly to the temple and taught him that homosexuality is a sin. Afraid of losing his adoptive family, he always obeyed them until he turned 13, when he suddenly started acting up, drinking and getting into fights, especially with older male kids. His parents threatened to send him to military school, but they never did. That emboldened him, and when he turned 15, he revealed to his family that Alex, one of his best friends, was a lesbian. He also defended her openly when they yelled homophobic insults at her, which helped him feel more confident about himself, but not enough to come out.
